Abstract
Housing delivery in Indonesia through Low Cost Apartment (LCA) development scheme is faced with performance problems. There is a wide gap between the target and the actual delivery. The projects continue to suffer from time overrun, cost overrun and quality problems. Previous research reported that even though there has been a shift in the construction methodology from conventional to pre-cast concrete, lack of construction knowledge during the design stage is a problem that remains unsolved.
