Abstract

Purpose : The aim of this study was to elucidate the clinical features as well as anorectal function and structure in patients with fecal incontinence due to obstetric anal sphincter injury.Methods : Sixty-five women with fecal incontinence diagnosed to be due to obstetric anal sphincter injury according to their obstetric and disease history, results of anorectal physiological tests and ultrasonography, were the subjects of this study.
