Abstract

Polyfibromatosis is a rare condition in which several cutaneous fibrotic conditions, such as Dupuytren's contracture, keloid formation, Peyronie's disease and plantar fibromatosis, may coexist. Interstitial granulomatous dermatitis with arthritis is also a rare condition characterized by arthritis and infiltrated rope-like lesions with granulomatous histologic features. We report a case of the simultaneous occurrence of both conditions in the same individual. To our knowledge, this has not been previously described. The clinical course has been slow, progressive, and recalcitrant to treatment. © 2006 American Academy of Dermatology, Inc.
