Abstract
Covalently cross-linked homodimeric Aβ peptides have been prepared by solid-phase peptide synthesis by exploiting 'site-site interactions', and exhibit substantially increased oligomerisation and fibrillisation properties compared with the corresponding monomers. © 2009 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
