Abstract

This article examines the general offences of endangerment which exist in a number of Australian jurisdictions. It argues, in connection with proposals to reform the law of offences against the person in England, that a suitably defined general offence is preferable to ad hoc specific offences of endangerment. © Sweet & Maxwell.
