Abstract
Ten Berg and Lindout [(2002). Clin Dysmorphol 11:227-2281 suggested that the infants with microlissencephaly, cardiac and spinal defects studied by Gardner et al. [(2001). Clin Dysmorphol 10:203-208] could have a disorder relating to fetal pharmacogenetics rather than a primary malformation syndrome. The authors discuss this further giving reasons why they were unable to come to this conclusion. © 2002 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
