Sonochemical synthesis of single crystal Pd nanoparitles in aqueous solution

Abstract
The sonochemical reduction of PdCl2 was carried out under ultrasonic irradiation In an aqueous solution containing only a small amount of 1-propanol. The transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction pattern of the samples revealed that Pd nanopartlcles had a single crystalline and structurally uniform nature. © 2008 W.
