Abstract
We describe a modified extended 3-patch surgical procedure to relieve supravalvular aortic stenosis. This simple technique provides effective and lasting enlargement of the ascending aorta in patients with severe congenital supravalvular aortic stenosis. © 2010 SAGE Publications.
