Abstract
The true incidence of coronary artery anomalies in the general population is unknown. Rarely, atherosclerotic coronary artery disease can be associated with single coronary artery. We describe coronary artery bypass surgery in a 57-year-old man with this association. © 2010 SAGE Publications.
