Abstract

This case report describes a patient with symptomatic tonsilloliths that were visible as multiple radiopaciries on routine panoramic radiographs. Tonsilloliths should be included in the differential diagnosis when multiple opacities are observed within the soft tissue envelope during routine dental imaging.
