Abstract
Ultrafast photodissociation mass spectra are presented for the protonated amino acids and their derivatives. The spectral library is used to better understand the mechanism by which a Ti:Sapphire laser activates trapped ions to induce fragmentation. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
