Abstract
Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the goodness of fit of a four-factor model to item-response data for the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) collected from 212 Australian females and 214 Australian males. A statistically significant fit to the EPQ scoring key was observed. Differences between the two sexes both within the sample and between the sample and the English norms were found to replicate the findings of an earlier study by S. B. G. Eysenck and colleagues. © 1986.
