We thank the National Evolutionary Synthesis Centre (NESCent) for hosting the Molecular Ecology and Evolution of the Indo-Pacific Catalysis meeting, which brought together a diverse group of scientists working on the Indo-Pacific coral reef genetic ecology and conservation.
